The Poverty Alleviation Support Project (PRSP) was a sustained initiative aimed at reducing extreme forms of poverty in targeted program districts. The project was implemented in the Achham District, specifically across the following local municipalities:

Panchadewal Binayak Municipality: Wards 2 & 3 (Binayak), 4 (Kalikastha), 5 (Layanti), 6 (Toli), 7 (Pulletola), and 9 (Kalekanda).
- Mellekh Rural Municipality: Wards 1 & 2 (Rishidaha) and 3 (Thanti).
