ASTHA Nepal is implementing the Access to Justice (A2J) Project in Achham to promote legal empowerment, expand access to justice, strengthen legal aid services, and foster greater accountability within communities.
The project focuses on improving grievance redress mechanisms, increasing awareness of legal rights, providing legal counselling and mobile legal aid services, and creating greater access to justice for women and marginalized groups. It also promotes collaboration among local governments, civil society organizations and justice actors to strengthen transparency, accountability and community participation.
