Project Overview:
The Agriculture Prospective Plan Support Programme (APPSP) aimed to strengthen agricultural development by providing strategic planning support, technical guidance, and resources to improve productivity and resilience among farming communities. The project focused on enhancing agricultural inputs, promoting sustainable farming practices, and strengthening local institutions to ensure long-term benefits.

Implemented Area:
Sindhuli District

Major Achievements

  • Distributed agricultural inputs including 120 kg vegetable seed, 400 kg wheat seed, and 600 kg maize seed to support farming households.

  • Provided 140 goats to improve livestock-based income and nutrition.

  • Formed and institutionalized 9 community groups to strengthen local agricultural cooperation and planning.
