Objectives

To improve vocational and technical training strategy to develop sustainable employment measures in agricultural sector through trainers/instructors strengthening.
Major Achivements
- Enhanced capacity of 6 vocational and technical institutes for effective delivery of relevant training and skills.
- Increased capacity of local agricultural labors through optimum utilization/mobilization of local capacities/resources.
Activities
- Improve the capacity of vocational training centers existing in Kailali, Surkhet and Achham district.
- Provide training support to targeted leader farmers/LRPs for their profession enhancement.
Project Location
15 VDcs in Achham, Surkhet, and Kailali Districts.
Participation of Women and DAG
For the sake of capacity development of local farmers, focused for the farmers from women and DAG had been given.
